Refund Policy Details

• Shipping Costs: If your order didn't qualify for free shipping, we'll refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of $9.99 may apply.
• Unopened and Unused Products: For returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days, simply contact our Customer Care Team at customer.service@symphonynaturalhealth.com
• Returns Outside the 30-Day Window: These returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Care Manager.
