Revolution Macalibrium® is a vegan, organic and highly concentrated blend of specific maca phenotypes formulated to support men’s hormone strength, energy, vitality, sperm and cardiovascular health by optimizing the body’s natural hormones and testosterone production. Its active compounds are up to 10x more concentrated than raw maca and 99% water-soluble, making it highly bioavailable and effective for supporting natural testosterone production and hormone strength.

Revolution Macalibrium® supports your body’s own hormone production by working with your endocrine system, not against it. Instead of introducing synthetic hormones, it stimulates key glands in the HPAT axis (hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals and testes) to naturally support the body’s own production of hormones.

This helps counteract the effects of age-related and environmental hormonal decline, such as low energy, decreased muscle tone, increased stress, weight gain and reduced libido, by optimizing your body’s own ability to produce and regulate hormones.*

Most maca products use generic or raw maca without distinguishing between the different types, also known as phenotypes, but not all maca is created equal. There are up to 17 known maca phenotypes, each with unique DNA, ingredient profiles and specific effects on the body¹⁰.

Revolution Macalibrium® is made from a proprietary combination of maca phenotypes selected specifically for men’s reproductive health and hormone strength. Clinical research has shown that different phenotypes support different outcomes¹⁰. Some benefit male fertility, others support women’s hormones and some are even contraindicated for certain men with prostate inflammation. That’s why sourcing the right phenotype matters.

Beyond formulation, Revolution Macalibrium® is also highly concentrated, with up to 10 times more than raw maca, and features nearly 100% water solubility for optimal absorption. In contrast, most raw maca is only about 68% water soluble, which limits its effectiveness.

This level of specificity, concentration and bioavailability is not found in typical maca products and has been evaluated in clinical settings, including a 2024 case report focused on men’s hormone strength and fertility published in the American Journal of Men’s Health¹.*

Initial Dose: While the standard dose is one capsule twice daily, we recommend that most men, unless sensitive to supplements, start on two capsules twice daily for the first 2-4 weeks. This dosing regimen will invigorate the endocrine system to allow them to feel the full effects of Revolution. It also gives men a baseline to compare to when they go on the standard dose, should they need to stay on the higher dose for a more extended period. As an aside, two capsules twice daily for some men will be too much, but they will notice that quickly by a feeling of overstimulation and can reduce to the standard dose immediately.

Standard Dose: 1 capsule twice daily.

When to Take Macalibrium®: For the best results, it is recommended that you take Macalbrium® twice daily. The first dose is in the morning, with 8-16 oz. of water away from food, ideally before breakfast. The second dose in the PM 30-60 minutes before you normally have an energy low. Do not take after 3 PM as it may impact sleep.

Results Timing: It can take between 2 days and 6 weeks. Most men experience improvements in 14 days. It can take 2-4 months to see the full effects on cardiovascular health.*

We often refer to Revolution Macalibrium® as the mechanic “tuning the engine”. However, just like a car, the body doesn’t just need to be tuned, it also needs fuel (protein), oil (omega 3s), additives (vitamins and minerals), filters (detoxification support) and much more. So, if you aren’t getting the results you want, it is important to look at the other elements that impact your body’s hormone production and endocrine system, such as: 

• Increase Protein Intake: Protein provides the amino acids your body needs to build hormones. A general target of 1.2-1.6 g/kg of body weight per day (or roughly 0.55-0.73 g/lb) is often ideal for most men, especially those active or over 40⁷⁻⁹. An easy way to achieve this is to include a protein rich food with each meal that is about the size of your palm, be it three eggs, a piece of fish, meat or chicken or a vegetarian source. 
• Stay Hydrated with Sole & Minerals: Proper hydration supports the natural detoxification process and nutrient delivery, both essential for hormone health. While many people drink enough water, if that water doesn't have trace minerals or the ideal structure it doesn’t always get absorbed into your cells. Adding a teaspoon of Original Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole (a mineral-rich salt solution) to 8-12 oz of filtered water in the morning can optimize hydration also impacting adrenal health and muscle function.
• Include Healthy Fats: Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone, so extremely low-fat diets may decrease testosterone production¹¹,¹². Polyunsaturated fatty acids, found in foods such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts and fatty coldwater fish, are a healthy choice to support hormone health and overall metabolic health ¹³,¹⁴.Consult with your health practitioner about the dose and quality of omega-3 fatty acids that would be best for you (note that medications need to be considered). Some evidence suggests omega-3 fatty acids may support testicular function and testosterone levels in men¹⁵,¹⁶. Supplements or coldwater fatty fish (SMASH: salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines and herring) are good sources.
• Prioritize Deep, Consistent Sleep: Much of the body’s natural growth hormone production occurs during deep sleep, which in turn supports healthy testosterone levels. Disrupted or insufficient sleep, especially in the latter part of the night, can lower testosterone and contribute to symptoms like fatigue, low mood and reduced libido¹⁷,¹⁸. Aim for at least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep per night, with a consistent bedtime and wake time, even on weekends. Prioritize sleep hygiene practices that support deeper, continuous sleep, such as minimizing light exposure at night, avoiding caffeine late in the day, maintaining a cool, dark sleep environment and taking 0.3 mg of Herbatonin® supports the circadian rhythm and sleep/wake cycle. Herbatonin® has been shown in cell studies to be 6-9 times more effective than synthetic melatonin in tests of inflammatory activity, antioxidant potential and mitochondrial and cellular health¹⁹.*
