Mona Fahoum is a naturopathic physician and owner of Meridian Medicine in Seattle, where she has practiced for 22 years. Her focus is preventive primary care, women's health, hormones and digestive health across every life stage.

She holds a BS in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Washington and a doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. She is Director of Clinical Services at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, the teaching clinic where naturopathic physicians complete their residency, and serves as adjunct faculty at Bastyr. She is a past president of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Tori Hudson is a naturopathic physician and clinical professor with 42 years of practice in women's health. She sees patients at A Woman's Time, the Portland, Oregon clinic she founded.

She was the first female professor of naturopathic medicine and currently serves as adjunct clinical professor at Bastyr University, the National University of Natural Medicine, Sonoran University of Health Sciences and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is program director of the Institute of Women's Health and Integrative Medicine and co-directs the Naturopathic Education and Research Consortium, a naturopathic residency program.

Tori wrote the Women's Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine along with numerous medical journal publications, and is widely regarded as the leading naturopathic authority in women's health. She has been part of Symphony's Medical Team for more than two decades, using Femmenessence across perimenopause, postmenopause and menstrual health.

Deanna Minich is Symphony Natural Health's Chief Science Officer and a nutrition scientist with more than 25 years spanning academia, research and the supplement industry. She holds a PhD in Medical Sciences and an MS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Fellow of the American College of Nutrition.

She spent a decade on the research and development team at Metagenics under Dr. Jeffrey Bland, widely regarded as the father of functional medicine, and helped establish his Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute, where she now serves on the board. She is a past president of the American College of Nutrition, spent seven years on the board of the American Nutrition Association, and is adjunct faculty at the University of Western States.

Deanna has written seven books, including The Rainbow Diet, and published more than 50 scientific papers. She is lead author on Symphony's recent FSH publication and received the 2025 Linus and Ava Helen Pauling Award, the highest honor in functional medicine. At Symphony she guides the Medical and Science Team's research into the root causes of women's hormonal health.

Marc Sklar is a doctor of acupuncture, board-certified herbalist and practitioner of Oriental medicine, and serves as president of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.

He is founder and clinical director of the Reproductive Wellness Clinic in San Diego, where his practice centers on identifying and resolving the underlying causes of infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss using classical acupuncture, Chinese medicine and targeted nutraceuticals.

Marc's approach extends past the physical. Having studied world religions and traditional healing practices across extensive travel, he works with the mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of conception, pregnancy and birth alongside the clinical ones. Femmenessence has been part of his foundational fertility protocol for eight years, and is the only form of maca he gives his female patients.

Corey Schuler is a holistic endocrine and metabolism nurse practitioner with 19 years in clinical practice, 15 of them on Symphony's Medical Team. He practices at Synergy Family Physicians in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, where his focus is men's health.

He holds a PhD alongside family nurse practitioner certification, board certification in advanced holistic nursing and certification as a nutrition specialist. He earned a chiropractic doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University, an MS in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, an MS in nursing from Graceland University, an executive MBA, and an undergraduate degree in chemistry. He authored a chapter in the textbook Integrative Medical Nutrition Therapy and serves as adjunct professor at Sonoran University of Health Sciences and Northeast College of Health Sciences.

Raised by a farmer and a nurse, Corey credits that upbringing for how he thinks about health: as systems and seasons rather than isolated problems to fix. He describes hormones as the body's way of allocating energy, and asks patients not how to fix a hormone but what their body is responding to.

Wendy Warner is a board-certified OB/GYN and functional medicine gynecologist with 36 years in practice. She earned her MD at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed her residency at Temple University Hospital.

After 14 years in conventional practice she founded Medicine in Balance, and since 2022 has practiced entirely by telemedicine. She is board certified in both gynecology and integrative holistic medicine, and is a past president of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine.

A trained herbalist and mesa carrier, Wendy is faculty for David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies and an educator for the Institute for Functional Medicine's Hormone Advanced Practice Module. She authored the menopause chapter in the fifth edition of Rakel's Integrative Medicine and co-wrote Boosting Your Immunity for Dummies. She came to Femmenessence skeptical, having been unimpressed by every maca product she had tried before, and stayed because of the science behind the formulation.

Jan Roberts is a pharmacist and clinical nutritionist with 59 years in health, and Symphony's longest-standing advocate. She graduated with an honours degree from Sydney University in 1967 and spent fifteen years in community pharmacy before her frustration with treating symptoms led her to postgraduate study in nutritional medicine in 1982.

There she encountered the work of Foresight, the UK preconception research group, whose findings showed that when both prospective parents improve their health in the months before conception, every stage of the reproductive cycle improves. She went on to serve as Foresight's Australian representative, and has spoken on preconception health and epigenetics at universities and professional education events for nearly twenty years.

Jan has published six books, including the four-volume Natural Way to Better Babies series co-authored with naturopath Francesca Naish. The series stayed in print for more than 25 years, was translated into several languages, and made preconception healthcare a recognized term. She met James Frame in Sydney in 2005, joined Symphony's Medical Team in 2006. She is based in Leura, New South Wales.

Kim Ross is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and Symphony Natural Health's Director of Scientific Communication. She holds an MS in Applied Clinical Nutrition and an MBA, and is both a Certified Nutrition Specialist and an Institute for Functional Medicine certified practitioner.

She was previously Division Director and Assistant Professor at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she continues as adjunct faculty for the Masters in Clinical Nutrition program and as senior clinical supervisor for the post-graduate supervised practice program. She has also served on the education team at the American Nutrition Association.

Kim is lead author on four published scientific articles addressing depression, mood and anxiety through diet, lifestyle and supplements, and a named author on the case reports documenting Femmenessence outcomes in PMS, dysmenorrhea, cycle regularity and fertility. She has used the product line in clinical practice since 2013 and actively encourages other clinicians to explore it for their own patients.
