Returns for Unopened, Unused Product

We want you to feel great about your order! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order, for any order or item you need to return that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase handy!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

How annoying! We’re really sorry about this! Mistakes happen, and sometimes things go wrong during shipping, but we are here to make it right. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

Exchanges

Refunds for Opened or Used Products

If you’ve already opened or used your product, and feel it’s not working as expected, we’d love to help! Our goal is to ensure you get the results you are looking for. Our Medical Team is available 7 days a week to provide personalized support. With over 17 years of experience, we’ve found that small adjustments—like tweaking your dosage or improving hydration—can make all the difference. 

In fact, our clinical trials showed success for 84% of women using a standard dose, but with the guidance from our Medical Team, that success rate increased to 95% (that’s 19 out of 20 women)! That’s why we’re so committed to offering this support, even though a single call with our team costs more than a box of Femmenessence. Refund Policy Details

• Shipping Costs: If your order didn’t qualify for free shipping, we’ll refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of $9.99 may apply.
• Unopened and Unused Products: For returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days, simply contact our Customer Care Team at customer.service@symphonynaturalhealth.com
• Returns Outside the 30-Day Window: These returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of our Customer Care Manager.

Opened Products: Returns for opened products will be managed by our Medical Team to ensure you receive the best possible guidance on using the product.
