What shipping options are available for U.S. orders?

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 and all Subscribe & Save orders. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, and expedited shipping is available for delivery within 2 business days after processing.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy for unopened products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Contact us at customer.service@symphonynaturalhealth.com or (415) 243-9991 to start your return.

How can I manage my Subscribe & Save orders?

Currently, adjustments to your Subscribe & Save orders need to be made through our Customer Care Team.
